RETURN POLICY: 

If you experience a problem with your order please contact us first and let us a chance to help you. Our policy is simple and always to your advantage.

In case of a return the buyer must follow those instructions:

 In case of a return the buyer must inform royalmilitarysurplus.com of the reasons of the return request and receive a Retun Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before shipping (No return will be accepted without a RMA/Store credit will be available for exchange request). All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of reception of the order for international destinations and 7 days from the date of reception for domestic destinations (Canada). The items must be unused and in the same condition as selled (New with tags, Unused, Unwashed). Used or Surplus Items are Final Sales.

Exchanges: Ordering clothing online can be a delicate task. We are providing accurate sizing charts with our products but we understand that sometime you need to exchange purchased items for a different size than you first imagine. Before returning your item(s) you must contact us by email and explain the situation (Is it too large? Too small? Etc.). We will send you a return number to attach to your package. Your items(s) must be returned in original state, with original tags, unused and unwashed. Used or Surplus Items are Final Sales. We will not accept any return without authorization number.

If the items you received are defectives, damaged or in a different size that you ordered please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you resolve the problem rapidly. Please understand that such problems and defects are very rare but can still happen from time to time. If it happens to you please be sure we will assist you. Before returning your item(s) you must contact us by email and explain the situation (What seem to be the problem? What is the damage reported? How the items you received are different that the items you purchased? Etc.). Please include a minimum of 1 picture by problem you are reporting to give us a chance to understand the problem and approve the return process (You can send us a very basic picture – As long as you provide visual proof). If you received a damaged, defective or different size item we will send you a Free/Prepaid Canada Post label to return your package at our location. We will also send you a return number to attach to your package. Your items(s) must be returned in original state, with original tags, unused and unwashed. We will not accept any return without authorization number.

Refunds: If you received a Defective, Damaged or Different Size item(s) please contacts us and follow the Return/Exchange instruction. Upon reception and verification of the merchandise we will credit or refund your order following your choice. We will not process any refund without authorization number. Used or Surplus Items are Final Sales. In some cases, if the return exceed the 14 days period Royal Military Surplus keep the right to charge Renting Fees. Renting Fees are automatically applied to the buyer's account (1% of the entire order amount per day for the first 60 days then a 0.5% per additional day - No limit). All packages will be received and opened with Canada post inspection officer to confirm the content and state of the received merchandise. All international packages need to be indicated as a returned merchandise and will be mandatory opened at border by Canada Border Agency Service to confirm the content and state of the returned merchandise (In accordance with the manifest registered with postal authorities - No packages will be accepted with importation charges caused by failure to proceed correctly). All incomplete or used returned merchandise will be considered as a postal fraud and prosecuted by your national postal agency (In accordance with FBI, Interpol, CBSA legislations). All use of Paypal resolution service to commit a fraud will be legally registered (In accordance with Paypal, FBI, Interpol, CBSA legislations). We will also send you a bill for the due charges. In addition we will open a credit charge on your name with Equifax and register the transaction to your credit report. Refunds are made with Original Payment (via Paypal) within 14 days. Store Credit is mandatory for items purchased as "Used", mandatory for exchange request (No refund) and also available on demand. It is always a pleasure to help and assist our valued customers and a duty to make sure abusers are prosecuted and fined.
